For the older crowed. We also allow Golf cart to be operated on city streets! Owners must purchase a permit for their cart at City Hall at a cost of $5.00
Education is BIG in our small town as well! We have Highland grade Middle and High schools!
Also, for the older student there is Highland community college! It gives many opportunities to community personnel and many others. Being the "oldest college in Kansas," Highland Community College gives a solid base to individuals wanting to further their education.
