All locations of McDonald's need to train their workers. Stop giving excuses on slow service. The southend McDonalds is the worst. You wait and wait and wait at the speaker only to be told "just a moment". Then 4-5 minutes later you the guest have to say "hello there". "Just a minute please". People behind me thinks it's my fault.. Speaker is broken and crackle. Only gets part-order. Have to repeat the order once again.
From the time I placed my order many cars were in front of me and not moving. No explanation at the window on why it's taking so long other than "short of help" which isn't my problem.
While waiting in line at the southend McDonalds, I could see Taco John's and Long John Silver's drive thru traffic was moving. In and out!
Actually I like the quality of food that McDonalds provide, but it's unexceptable having to wait 22 minutes when you have a 60 minute lunch break waiting in line for 30 minutes.
I think Taco John's or Long John Silver sound good. At least you don't have to choke your food down.
AGAIN McDONALD'S, TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE.
